I found a way to turn this framework into a way to solve your life problems really effectively.

Today, I’ll show you how to do it.

In $100M: Offers is presented a value of the product equation.

It is broken down like this:

I’m not going to explain to you how this works.

Mainly because this newsletter isn’t about how to create an offer for your product. Is about how to make an offer to solve your life problems.

Solving real-life problems it’s not really about the equation.

The thing is, I created a framework, based on the equation and other methods presented in the book, to get what you want.

We all have a dream outcome.

Doesn’t matter what we want to become or achieve in life. We all have it.

You probably want to become a doctor or an accountant. Or probably you want to become a millionaire.

If you don’t really know what to do, I’ll talk about this another time.

Right now, let’s get back to the framework.

So, your dream outcome is to become a doctor.

On your way to becoming a doctor, you’ll encounter problems. Those problems are between you and your desire.

It’s nothing really complicated.

Most probably you had already known what I told you.

But, I want to show you how to think when you encounter problems.

It’s not really a revolutionary way.

Actually is something really basic.

Let’s say your dream outcome is to own a business.

Yes, I don’t own a business and I can’t really talk about how to build one.

But I have almost 6 months since I’m reading books, listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos about entrepreneurship and business.

And what everyone says, is that to have a business you need skills.

You need to know:

  • How to sell your product/ service

  • How to create your product/ service to sell

  • How to lead people

All of these are skills.

Not having them is the main problem.

Now, we’ll break it down into multiple problems.

  1. Problem No.1 → I don’t know how to sell.

  2. Problem No.2 → I don’t know how to create a product/ service.

  3. Problem No.3 → I don’t know how to lead people.

  4. Problem No.4 → I don’t know to set appointments.

  5. Problem No.5 → I don’t know how to close deals.

  6. Problem No.6 → I don’t know how to write copy to convert better.

You got it.

Get a notebook when you’re looking for problems. Write every problem that you find down. Every single one. Every problem that is between you and your dream outcome.

We have problems. It’s time to find solutions.

How? We just have to turn problems into questions.

  1. Solution No.1 → How to get better at sales?

  2. Solution No.2 → How to create a better offer for my problems?

  3. Solution No.3 → How to become a better leader?

It’s easier to find solutions when you turn problems into questions.

Let’s do a quick recap.

The first step → Find your dream outcome.

The second step → Find the problems that are between you and your problems.

The third step → Find solutions by turning those problems into questions.

This was it for today.

I got back to military high school and I had to solve some issues. So that’s the reason why this is shorter.

Size doesn’t matter anyway.

In a few weeks, I’ll be kicked out due to some health problems and then I can do this full-time.
