And I realized this only this morning…

When I wanted to check the open rate and I saw it hasn’t been uploaded.

So yeah, I’m dumb.

My lil brother is 6 years old.

My mom was trying to explain why he should eat fruits and veggies.

She was trying to convince him for over half an hour...

"Veggies and fruits have vitamins."

He was like:

"Hell, no Mom. Gimme the chocolate back."

I went to him, and I said:

"Bro, if you eat veggies and fruits then...

You'll become as strong as Superman, and everyone will like you."

Guess what happened?

He went straight to the apple bowl.

It took me 15 seconds to convince him.

How?

A good marketing strategy.

Let me explain to you...

Here's the catch.

Customers don't care about features...

They only care about benefits.

My brother didn't care about vitamins or healthy sh*t because he is freakin' 6 years old.

He doesn't care about that. Of course.

Mostly because he doesn't understand what's that.

But, what does he care about?

After I spent a lot of time with him, I found out that he loves Superman.

Keep this in mind...

Each customer has a model.

And if you can find who is their model you can use that to your advantage to make more money.

Let me tell you how...

It's called the association principle.

And it's a sub-lever of the liking principle.

The liking principle it's a well-known basic psychological lever.

Psychological levers are powerful because they stimulate an automatic response.

That's the whole secret.

How does the liking and association principle work?

This is how...

People are more likely to be persuaded by people they like or want to be like.

That's what I applied in my case.

I knew my brother liked Superman and because of that...

I told him that he will be as strong as Superman if he eats fruits and veggies.

Big companies like:

  • Nike

  • Addidas

  • GymShark

Are using this method.

Why do you think they associate their products with celebrities?

That's the reason.

It's unbelievably effective.

So, if you want to make more money...

Or you want to persuade more people.

Use this principle.

You just need to keep this in mind:

People are more likely to be persuaded by people they like or want to be like.
